Flags sensor readings from the last 24 hours that fall outside fixed safe-operating thresholds per metric type (e.g. temperature > 110°C, vibration > 2.6 mm/s). This is a transparent rule-based screen today — the natural next step for a production build is a learned model (e.g. rolling z-score or isolation forest per machine) trained on this same telemetry stream.
